Chef David teaches how to cook with garden-fresh ingredients this Sunday, August 7 at The Chicago Botanic Garden’s popular Garden Chef Series! With demos at 1:30 and 2:30 p.m., the audience learns how to make one of his favorite summer dishes with his favorite summer ingredient: Heirloom Cherry Tomato Panzanella Salad. Recipes are prepared in the Regenstein Fruit & Vegetable Garden’s open-air amphitheater and seating is first-come, first-serve. Admission is free, visitors will need to use sun protection and wear caps in this sunny location. No umbrellas, please.
