Learn how to make limoncello like an Italian!
Chef David DiGregorio’s ‘cello program is always seasonal, highlighting various fruits and ingredients by infusing them when they’re at their peak. On Saturday, July 22nd at 3pm, our wine and beverage manager, Matt Dolin, will show the various steps in producing limoncello—the most popular flavor—at home, while also allowing guests to sample our other varieties, including chocolacello and grapefruitcello.
