Learn how to make limoncello like an Italian! Chef David DiGregorio’s ‘cello program is always seasonal, highlighting various fruits and ingredients by infusing them when they’re at their peak. Our wine and beverage manager, David Johnston, will show the various steps in producing limoncello—the most popular flavor—at home, while also allowing guests to sample our other varieties, including chocolacello and grapefruitcello. The cost is $20 per guest, plus tax (gratuity not included) which includes a sample to enjoy at home.
