Chef David DiGregorio’s ‘cello program is always seasonal, highlighting fruits and ingredients by infusing them when they’re at their peak. On Saturday, December 15th, our wine and beverage manager, David Johnston, will show the steps in producing two flavors specific to the holiday season, Almond and Cranberry.  The cost is $25 per guest (not including tax) which includes a sample to enjoy at home.
