Holiday Cello Making Class
Chef David DiGregorio’s ‘cello program is always seasonal, highlighting fruits and ingredients by infusing them when they’re at their peak. On Saturday, November 18th, our wine and beverage manager, Matt Dolin, will show the steps in producing two flavors specific to the holiday season, Almond and Cranberry.
