Chef David DiGregorio welcomes Andrea Cragnotti, proprietor of Corte Alla Flora, to Osteria Via Stato on Tuesday, March 28th at 6:00 p.m. for a very special wine dinner.

The Cragnotti family, one of the top ten producers in Montepulciano, specializes in growing Sangiovese to produce Vino Nobile and Brunello, as well as superb Super Tuscans.  In addition to grapes, they also tend a large olive grove, harvesting all the trees by hand, and make wonderful olive oil.

Meet the wine maker, while enjoying a selection of passed appetizers before sitting down to a mouthwatering multi-course dinner with wine pairings. The cost is $75 per person plus tax and gratuity. For more information or reservations, call 312-642-8450
